FIA Prayer Walk THIS WEEKEND…

Have you ever wondered how things happen in this world? Is it cause and effect, luck or God? I think it is a combination of all three. However we as followers of Jesus have an ace in the hole and that is PRAYER.

John 16:23-25

In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Very truly I tell you, my Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.

Matthew 7:7-8

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

This will be our 3rd prayer walk through the streets of Smyrna on this Sunday. Over the years the CCC leadership have been able to point to one activity that has made a difference in the City of Smyrna and that is PRAYER for the people, businesses, government and schools of Smyrna. Through prayer lives have been changed. I believe that there is a supernatural occurrence happening when we take to the streets and pray corporately for our community. We see how cooperate prayer changed Jerusalem to a place of revival in the book of Acts. When we all hit the streets to pray for Smyrna as one voice I believe it moves the heart of God into action. This is why we have a yearly prayer walk. I hope you will join us this Sunday.

Details:
9:00AM We will meet at the church for worship and instruction.
9:30 -11:30AM Prayer walk four routes and 2 options to choose from
11:30-12:00 Worship and prayer at CCC

Options for everyone!!!
Please look at the prayer routes and options and decide which one you want to be a part of.  We will ask you Sunday morning what you have chosen to do:

Option 5
There may be some who just cannot make the prayer walk as you are not in town or have a schedule conflict. We have posted the routes and what we are praying so you can pray wherever you might be located. So print the routes and prayer requests out and join us.

Option 6
There are some because of small kids or physical reasons feel you cannot do a walk. Please come and pray at the church. We will give you the prayer requests and while some are on the streets praying you can form a group at the church and pray. This will allow you to be part of the ONE VOICE Prayer Walk and get some great fellowship and encouragement. We need you.
