The resurrection of Jesus launched a brand new era for all of humanity. Our lives and relationships no longer have to be marked by our brokenness, because now, they can be characterized by the grace of God.
As such, the Church is meant to be a shining example of God’s intention for humanity. There is a way to live together and a way to love each other - in spite of our fallen world. The Church of Jesus Christ should stand as the primary demonstration of that possibility, and shine hope to the world as one new people - the Fellowship of the Broken.
